Shipping Information

Shipping Options are available in your cart and at checkout. Costs and estimated delivery dates will be displayed. We offer several shipping options for orders:

• Standard shipping: This option is available for all products. You can find our standard shipping rates and estimated delivery times at Checkout.
• Priority shipping: Orders initially placed with standard shipping can be upgraded to priority shipping for an extra charge.
• Express Delivery: This faster fulfillment and delivery option is available for our best-selling t-shirts. This option needs to be selected at checkout if available.

Please note that the shipping rate amount is non-negotiable and created from the rates provided by the applicable shipping carrier service. Neither Northern Tropical, nor the Manufacturers, is able to influence these rates.

We strive to Deliver your items to you in a streamlined process to ensure the quickest delivery.

Note that credit card verification and authorization must be received before we can process your order.

Our selected carrier delivers on business days, excluding holidays.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas.

All orders will be shipped in either heavy-duty plastic bags or corrugated boxes.

Shipping is calculated at checkout using a 3rd party application.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

• The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier.
• The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be remanufactured to ensure a high-quality standard.
• The order contains 12 or more items.

However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with our Support team for a status update.

Can the production time be expedited?

Unfortunately, the production time (fulfillment) cannot be expedited. However, if you’re shipping within the US, you have the option to choose Express Delivery service. This service expedites both production and delivery times, aiming to deliver orders within a few business days.
